Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Thank you for participating in our Referral Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Eligibility:
– To be eligible for the referral program, participants must be active members.
– Only active members are eligible to earn referral rewards.
2. Referral Period:
– Referrals can be made at anytime of a participant’s membership, rewards will be eligible after the participant and referrals remains an active member for a consecutive three-month period.
3. Reward Distribution:
– Referral rewards will be distributed after the referred member remains an active member for three consecutive months.
– Rewards will be provided within 3 months after the eligibility period, if not claimed or used within these 3 months these rewards become void.
4. Active Membership:
– An active member is defined as a participant who maintains their membership status without interruption for the entire three-month eligibility period.
5. Forfeiture of Rewards:
– If the referring member ceases to be an active member during the three-month eligibility period, any pending rewards will be forfeited.
– Rewards are contingent on both the referring and referred members maintaining active membership status.
6. Reward Structure:
– The reward structure is subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to participants in advance.
7. Abuse and Fraud:
– Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program, including fraudulent referrals, will result in the disqualification of the participant from the program.
8. Program Modification or Termination:
– We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
